The LAGERS are a bunch of liked-minded individuals who enjoy what happens when water, barley, hops and yeast get to together. Not to mention fruit, honey and whatever else you can make ferment. Based in La Crosse, WI we have been an active club since 2006 - "Making Water More Tasty" ever since....
In conjunction with the "Between the Bluffs Beer, Wine and Cheese" Festival in La Crosse, WI, we host a home brew competition. Sanctioned by the American Homebrewers Association, this event is an opportunity to gain insight into your brews (by national ranked and certified judges) and perhaps be awarded "bling" and bragging rights in the process. The LAGERS meet twice a month at various locations across the greater La Crosse Area. You don't have to brew to attend, nor do you have to be member (although there are perks and for only $20 for a year - what a bargain!). So if you just like fermented beverages, want to learn more about homebrewing, or have nothing going on and are just curious - swing by a meeting or drop us a email.
